本设备是我司自主研发自动灌装（旋）扎盖压盖一体机，采用气电一体与PLC系统控制，操作简易。设备采用负压式灌装，为国内首创，也可以采用蠕动泵或陶瓷泵灌装方式。独特的插入式灌装阀国内独一无二。该台设备具有有瓶灌装、无瓶止灌。该台设备填补了国内小口径瓶自动化生产设备的空白，充分体现了本公司在非标包材产品的设计、制造上的优势，设备完全符合GMP生产规范。广泛用于香水、护发素、口服液、精油等产品。
